Strawberries, bananas and chocolate are one of my all-time favorite combinations. Add some cashews, almond butter and honey to the mix and this is one of the best breakfast bowls ever! The cacao nibs are not sweet, but offer healthy antioxidants and a rich cocoa taste to the bowl, along with a nice crunch. The strawberries, banana and honey sweeten up this healthy breakfast bowl, and the almond butter and cashews add protein.
You can top plain yogurt, rolled oats, or your favorite muesli with the toppings to make this breakfast bowl complete. Once my spoon digs in, it does not stay this neat. I actually like to stir it all up and mix the flavors together in every bite!
Strawberry Banana Almond Butter Bowl
- 1 cup muesli or rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cashews
- Add the muesli or oats to a bowl.
- Top with the toppings.
