Healthy, sticky, delicious date caramel (vegan + g Healthy, sticky, delicious date caramel (vegan + gluten free) - made in my Thermomix 💚 Dip it in chocolate, top overnight oats, stuff it in brownies, or eat it by itself 🤭 Ingredients: 18 dates, pitted 1/4 cup boiling water 2 tbsp almond butter (optional) Use a blender (I use my Thermomix TM6) to chop the dates to small pieces (pulse a few times), then scrape down and add almond butter. Blend on high speed while adding the hot water. You'll need to scrape and blend a few times until you get a creamy texture. Date Caramel: 8 dates, pitted 2 tbsp hot water 2 tbsp almond butter Blend it up into a paste in the Thermomix, scraping with a spatula and repeating. It should be a caramel texture in the end. Melt chocolate chips and spread into a silicone egg mold, then fill with a scoop of date caramel and cover with chocolate.
