Straciatella Nice Cream

Did you know that straciatella is different from chocolate chip? There is sort of an art to making straciatella ice cream (or in this case, nice cream using bananas!). Instead of adding chocolate pieces to it, you slowly drizzle melted chocolate that gets frozen in pieces or swirls inside of the turning ice cream. It is super delicious!

All you need to make straciatella nice cream is: frozen bananas and chocolate chips. I use my Thermomix® TM6 to make it, because the motor is so powerful and my nice creams come out creamy without being melted and drippy every time!

Serve your nice cream right away for best results.
