    I used to make smoothie bowls before to boost my immune system and make sure I was eating enough fruits and or vegetables. Now I make them to not only boost my immune system, but also my energy levels!     Lately my toddler and I have been spending a lot of time in the kitchen. She loves having “cooking lessons” from me, and we enjoy decorating the food we make for dad.     I can eat this chocolate pecan muesli every day and never get tired of it! It gives me so much energy that lasts, and the power I need for a good start on my day. For my homemade muesli, I use organic rolled oats, ground flax seeds, dark chocolate chips, pecans, and sometimes I add cranberries or raisins, chocolate corn puffs or rice cereal, and cacao nibs.
