    Triple Nut Butter

I never buy nut butters at the store anymore, because I love watching raw nuts go into my Thermomix® and come out a creamy spread that I can use on breads, in my oatmeal or in various recipes. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a fresh jar, and lasts in the refrigerator a month. My favorite nuts to use include cashews, almonds and walnuts. Mom’s Power Muesli

For my homemade muesli, I use organic rolled oats, ground flax seeds, dark chocolate chips, pecans, and sometimes I add cranberries or raisins, chocolate corn puffs or rice cereal, and cacao nibs. Almond milk is my favorite liquid to add, but you can use any milk you want or even a dollop of plain yogurt on top! Finally, I top it off with fresh berries and bananas. Having a baby is funny.
