1 cup sliced frozen bananas
1/2 cup strawberries 
Mint
Coconut flakes
Strawberries for topping

1. Blend bananas and strawberries in a Thermomix on speed 8 for 10 seconds, then scrape and blend again on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

With the weather warming up, it’s the perfect time to brew yourself some iced tea! T2 Strawberries and Cream Loose Leaf is a delectable mix of tangy and sweet, and it’s the secret ingredient in the strawberries and cream glaze on these homemade vanilla scones. The strawberry glaze is infused with brewed T2 Strawberries and Cream tisane, giving it a rich and creamy flavor. Serve these scones for afternoon tea paired with a pitcher of Strawberries and Cream Loose Leaf.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds⁠
¾ cup vanilla almond milk + 2 tbsp for glaze⁠
⅔ cup coconut oil, room temperature⁠
¼ cup sugar⁠
2 cups all-purpose flour⁠
1 tbsp baking powder⁠
½ tsp salt⁠
1 tbsp vanilla extract⁠
1 cup powdered sugar⁠
⅓ cup chopped strawberries⁠
2 tbsp brewed T2 Strawberries and Cream Loose Leaf⁠
⁠
Instructions:⁠
1. Add the flaxseeds, almond milk, coconut oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a food processor and blend on high speed until dough is combined.⁠
2. Roll the dough into a circle about ½ inch thick and cut into 8 triangles.⁠
3. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 minutes, then allow to cool.⁠
4. Add the strawberries, powdered sugar, 2 tbsp brewed T2 Strawberries and Cream Loose Leaf, and 2 tbsp almond milk to a blender and blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Add more powdered sugar for a thicker consistency.⁠
5. Pour the glaze over the scones and serve.⁠

Vegan Pear Tart This Mother’s Day, spoil the sp Vegan Pear Tart

This Mother’s Day, spoil the special women in your life with this vegan pear tart paired with @T2tea Jasmine Pear loose leaf tea! The two pair perfectly together for a special brunch or afternoon tea. The Jasmine Pear tea is a smooth green tea mixed with delicate jasmine & crisp pear notes. It's so delicious and my favorite tea from T2 I’ve tried so far! I love green tea. This pear tart is made with a coconut oil-based crust, filled with vegan vanilla custard made with an almond milk base, topped with pear slices shaped into roses that look like a bouquet.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup coconut oil, room temperature

2 tbsp powdered sugar

6 tbsp cold water

2 cups vanilla almond milk

½ cup coconut cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup cornstarch

⅓ cup sugar

Pinch ground turmeric

2 pears

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup water

¼ cup brown sugar

1 scoop T2 Jasmine Pear Loose Leaf tea

Instructions:

1. Add flour, coconut oil, powdered sugar, and water to a food processor & blend.
2. Roll dough into a circle & press into a tart dish. Chill until ready to use.
3. Add almond milk, cream, vanilla, cornstarch, sugar, and turmeric to a pot and bring to a boil, then turn down low for 10 minutes.
4. Slice the pears into thin slices & add to a bowl of water mixed with brown sugar & lemon juice.
5. Steam slices for 5 min.
6. Brew tea according to package directions and set aside.
7. Pour the custard into the tart shell.
8. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
9. Layer 5 pear slices overlapping about halfway on each other & then roll up into a rose. Place the roses onto the custard and brush with T2 Jasmine Pear Loose Leaf tea.
10. Bake x 10 min, then lower the heat to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) and bake for another 30 minutes. Cover the top with foil to prevent overcooking the pears.
11. Remove from oven & cool. Chill x 2 hours, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

Berry Chia Jam 🫐

½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blackberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice

Berry Protein Crunchies Waffles 🧇 

¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cup IWON Organics Berry Protein Crunchies

Vegan Whipped Cream ✨️ 

1 can coconut milk, chilled
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Add the berries, chia seeds, and lemon juice to a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

2. Add all of the waffle ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until blended, then add the Berry Protein Crunchies and stir with a spoon.

3. Add ¾ cup batter to a preheated waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Scoop the cream top from the coconut milk can into a mixing bowl and blend until peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and continue to blend until combined.

5. Top the waffles with berry chia jam, whipped cream, fresh berries, and IWON Organics Berry Protein Crunchies.

Makes 4 waffles
