    Strawberries, bananas and chocolate are one of my all-time favorite combinations. Add some cashews, almond butter and honey to the mix and this is one of the best breakfast bowls ever! The cacao nibs are not sweet, but offer healthy antioxidants and a rich cocoa taste to the bowl, along with a nice crunch. The strawberries, banana and honey sweeten up this healthy breakfast bowl, and the almond butter and cashews add protein.     No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

    I try to always have a stash of these no-bake chocolate chip peanut butter energy bites in my refrigerator, because they are a great “pick-me-up” when my energy levels get low. My toddler loves them as a snack, too! You can choose any nut butter you like to replace the peanut butter. These little bites are packed with energy-boosting ingredients, like oats, honey, chocolate and peanut butter. I add flax seeds and hemp seeds for extra healthy fats and protein.
