Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 2 spinach tortilla wraps

Instructions
 

  • Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto one side of each wrap.
  • Layer the toppings one by one over the hummus, then fold into a wrap.
